The Zeravani Hall for Occasions is a landmark project located in Erbil covering a total area of 22,000 square meters. Designed to accommodate a variety of events, this state-of-the-art facility offers extensive and multipurpose spaces, ensuring a premium experience for all guests. The project contains a main building, 2 Quonsets, and a Dining hall
Main Building Specifications:
The main building spans 5,400 square meters and is comprised of three levels, each accurately designed to serve specific functions:
The Main Hall:
The main hall, designed for various occasions, spans 3,100 square meters and can accommodate up to 4,500 guests. To ensure comfort and ease of access, the hall features three separate entrances. The stage within the hall meets international standards and is equipped with electrically controlled curtains, a professional sound system, and advanced lighting. Additionally, the hall is outfitted with three giant screens: a main screen measuring 4x7 meters and two additional screens measuring 3x4 meters each. Complementing the main hall, there is a VIP conference room with a seating capacity of 120, where each seat is equipped with its own speaker. The conference room also features a 4x5 meter screen for presentations and events. The building includes a fully equipped kitchen with storage rooms and fully automated food washing and sanitizing machines, ensuring high standards of hygiene. Furthermore, the facility offers accommodations, offices, and restrooms, making it a comprehensive venue for a wide range of events.
The first Quonset building:
The first Quonset building, spanning 475 square meters, houses a retail market and an entertainment center. This facility includes various games such as pool and ping-pong, providing a multipurpose space for both shopping and entertaining activities.
The second Quonset building:
The second Quonset building, also spanning 475 square meters, is utilized as an administration building for offices. This facility provides a functional and efficient space for administrative operations.
The Dining hall:
The dining facility is built and designed to serve approximately 800 people simultaneously, adhering to international standards for comfort and hygiene. This ensures a pleasant and sanitary dining experience for all guests.
Additional Facilities:
Green Area: Over 5,400 square meters of landscaped greenery, providing a peaceful and beautifully pleasing environment.
Parking Facilities:
Car Parking: 125 parking slots to accommodate a large number of vehicles.
